Individuals and families seek services for various issues: depression, anxiety, stress, behavior problems, abuse, gambling, divorce, financial and marriage problems. Our Early Childhood
Mental Health program provides culturally-specific and developmentally-appropriate mental health services to young children ages up to five years old. Family based services are offered and are brought into the home several times a week. Individuals and other family members are provided family-based therapy and skills development for healing through understanding, mutual respect and healthy boundaries. LSS works closely with the Minnesota Department of
Veterans Affairs to provide statewide care management and counseling services for veterans, their families and families of active military personnel. Family needs can involve deployment and reintegration issues, in-home counseling, family crisis support, separation issues, coping with stress, as well as loss and grief.
